Allison Spillman
Allison graduated from the University of Virginia in 2003 with a B.A. in Media Studies and History. She spent the majority of her career as Owner and Chief Operating Officer of Fidelis. After selling her business in 2015, she and her husband embarked on their foster-to-adopt journey. In 2017 Bonnie and Lee joined Chris and Allison’s three biological kids Jackson, William, and Henry and completed the Spillman family. Allison is passionate about finding ways to fix the broken foster system and is excited to combine that passion with her extensive business experience as she joins the board of RHI. In her spare time (which is scarce), Allison enjoys traveling with her husband and 5 kids, hiking and paddle boarding, and snuggling with her 2 dogs Alfie and Ivy.
