Ted Castellon
Ted Castellon recently joined the Board of Directors of Reclaimed Hope Initiative as the Treasurer of the Board. He has a BA in English from Duke University and earned his MBA degree at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
Ted and his wife, Karen, met as students at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. After years of living and working around the world, including an extended stay in Berlin, Germany, the family including heir three adult children, returned to the Charlottesville area in 2021. Together, Karen and Ted are now embarking on their next entrepreneurial venture in women’s health.
Ted’s career has been defined by innovation at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and business transformation. In his early career, he played a key role in launching new digital businesses for global brands such as Lucent Technologies, Virgin, and Nokia. Over the past decade, he has focused on the digital transformation of major pharmaceutical companies Sanofi and Bayer, driving commercial growth and improving patient engagement.
